RFE/RL is eager to enhance its Internet journalism with contributions from readers like you. At the same time, before publishing contributions from readers, RFE/RL, like all news organization on the Web, has to protect itself legally, in the unlikely event that a reader’s submission becomes the subject of a legal dispute. Therefore, when you click "Send" below to submit your contribution, you:

• Grant RFE/RL Inc. ("RFE/RL") the right to use your submission (the "Submission"), or any portion of the Submission, without payment to you or any third party
• Promise that you will not bring any legal action against RFE/RL for its use of the Submission
• Promise that the Submission is your own original work and that it does not contain material that is pornographic, racist, defamatory, or otherwise morally offensive

• Agree to compensate RFE/RL and its Board of Directors for any expenses incurred as a result of you violating your obligations under this agreement
• Acknowledge that, if your Submission is not your own work or is defamatory, the injured party could bring legal action against you and that RFE/RL is not liable in such a case
