Francois Nicoullaud was French Ambassador to Tehran between 2001 -2005. This is the time which Europeans began the initial negotiations with Tehran over its nuclear program. Mr. Nicoullaud has written numerous articles about Iran and specifically the nuclear case in the past years. Hannah Kaviani who covered the Nuclear talks for Radio Farda spoke to Ambassador Nicoullaud.
